I have another friend who is having a baby soon. :-)I used my Silhouette to cut the circle card. Then I cut the scallops using pattern paper. I used my Imagine to cut the owl from Hoot N Holler. I used an owl stamp for the eyes. I cut strips of ribbon, folded them in half then taped them around the edge of the scallop. I used prima flowers for the owl wings.

Another cute, cute card! Love the way you folded that ribbon and used it all the way around the card. And the flowers for wings...very clever! Great card...hope you and your family have a great weekend!
