Here is a $1.00 notebook I purchased from Michaels. I took all the pages out and cut the binding so I could make this a spiral notebook. Using scrapbook paper, I covered the front and back covers. Inside I added a transparency page for fun and a divider. The yellow and white polka dot bird is a bookmark.

aaawww...how cute! Your notebook is just darling! I love yellow and blue together - it's such a happy combination! The little bird bookmark is very clever, not to mention adorable - sweet!
